What the enquiry form sends
When you request a quote, the form sends your name, phone number, optional email, delivery suburb or postcode, container choices and any notes you enter to our customer enquiry system. It also sends the submitted page, time and available campaign or referral information to help us understand where enquiries came from.
Why we collect it
The sales team uses these details to respond to your enquiry, discuss suitable containers and prepare your quote. Please avoid entering payment-card details, identity documents or other sensitive information in the notes field.
Local browser storage
The delivery checklist can remember checked items on your device. Campaign and landing-page information can be kept for the browsing session so it is not lost when you move between pages. The size and budget tools run in your browser and do not send their entered figures unless you include information in an enquiry.
