Canal estates around the marina, Port Mandurah and Dawesville were built with water frontages and modest street frontages. The open ground is often behind the house, between the pool and the jetty. The freeway south from Fremantle lengthens past Mandurah toward Dawesville and Waroona. A second movement for hire is dearer here than a Fremantle-local hire. If the box will stay on a Murray block for years, buying avoids that return. If two boxes are likely within the year, put them on one southbound truck. A loose date can wait for a truck already heading down the Kwinana.
